I was hoping to make a character that was in S.T.A.R.S but when I clicked on this link [S.T.A.R.S./R.C.P.D. Roster] and an error message popped up saying it doesn't exist. So I was wondering if it's a bad link or if you haven't finished that page yet, because I was going to look through the weapon lists S.T.A.R.S members are allowed to have and make sure the weapons I have already given my char are acceptable.

You can be a recent member of them whose survived, but aside from being a STARS member, negative.
